Hello! I'm Melany Balladares. I started my professional career at the age of 19 while studying at university. I began working in the customs field, where I learned a lot and was able to apply all the practical knowledge I acquired during my university studies and increase my experience.
I initially started at Intercilsa in the administrative and financial department. However, I was later given the opportunity to transfer to the operations department, where I currently work as a Traffic Coordinator. I have experience in both Import and Export areas, and I have been working for this amazing company for 8 years to date.
I am incredibly grateful to be part of a highly professional company with 28 years of extensive experience in the international freight forwarding market.
I look forward to continuing to grow with the company for many more years to come!

I have been working at Intercilsa since 2003. I started my career from low hierarchy positions until I was able to be part of the operations department. The company during these years has given me the opportunity to pursue my professional and personal dreams. I am part of a team of talented people. Working in the field of logistics and international cargo transportation can be stressful; however, I am excited that every day there is an opportunity to learn new and interesting things.

I have been at Intercilsa for over 23 years and I have been part of great changes in the company. We started receiving air and ocean consolidated shipments. Today, thanks to the experience and leadership of the management, we can offer specialized foreign trade services. We seek to optimize time and resources with the highest quality and control management standards.
